Biography
I was born and raised on a dairy farm in Minnesota, in the U.S. and now live with my family in Suurupi. My initial fascination with stone came from my experience of living on a horse farm in Kentucky. I developed this interest by rebuilding dry stone walls on the farm where we lived. After moving to Estonia, I continued to develop my skills and attended masonry school in Tallinn. I gained valuable experience at the hand of a friend and master. I would be happy to discuss any project whether it concerns a hearth or stone wall.
Mission
My mission is to build high quality, functional, environmentally conscious, attractive works from stone. I strive to make pieces that are well made-stand the test of time, serve their purpose and function, use materials that are easy on the environment (stoves that burn cleanly), and are pleasing to the eye. Working together closely with the customer we can achieve these goals together. I also highly value honesty when working with a client.
